We ship in 2-3 business days or less after art is approved and payment is received.
If you need your signs sooner than it takes under our normal processing procedures we will
try to get them to you with no extra charges or expediting fees.
Sometimes this is not possible and a small fee may be charged.

We Ship UPS Standard Ground Service. Three day select,
Two day air and Next day air service is available upon request.
UPS absolutely will not deliver to a United States Postal Service P.O. Box.

We offer free art work and designing on most of our products.
There are a few situations in which we can not offer this service.
You will never be charged for art unless we have notified you in advance
with an explanation and a quote which you can agree to or not. Because of the nature of the screen printing process we can not print full bleeds.
In order to get a full bleed we must print with a border then trim the excess.
The finished product is smaller and you will be charged for each cut. The extra cutting
puts the job out of the ball park as far as price is concerned. (Back) |

Acceptable Files in order of preference = .eps, .ai, .bmp, .gif or .pdf
If you can not send us a vector language file which an EPS or an AI file is
that we can import directly into our CAD Sign Software or convert to outlines or paths
there may be (not always) an Art Charge if we need to reproduce your art in a format
that our software will recognize.

Please beware when comparing prices. Make sure you are comparing
apples to apple not apples to oranges. Being an online consumer myself I know it is easy to be
confused. I understand you are looking for the best deal available just as I do
when I shop. I also want you to get the best deal.
If you have carefully compared prices and find signs for less than we offer them
we will meet or beat that price because not only do I want you to get the best deal I also want you as a customer

We work hard to keep our pricing the best available literally spending days of searching and investigating our
competition. Because we spend so much time monitoring our competitors prices it is very rare that we every
have to do a price match.
When we do receive a request to price match we will need to verify the source.
With the majority of our verifications we are actually less expensive once you add their S & H charges etc.
We will still honor their price if you insist. (smile) If we do indeed need to match a price it is good only for
current order as we may be matching a special or a sale that ends before your next order .
Also with the rising cost of raw materials and freight our competitors areontinually
raising their prices. It is not fair for us to honor a price that no longer exist |

We give you the option of which way the corrugation runs.
Horizontal flutes will not work with wire stakes.
We print signs for use on poles or wood stakes horizontal (left to right).
They hold up to the wind much better. Vertical fluted signs can be nailed or stapled
to a pole or wood stake but with the first strong wind they will fold together just like
shutting a bad book. We don't want that do we!
You can order 50-50 if you like. This way you can use wood stakes, poles or wire stakes.

Most of the cost in screen printing is pre-press. Every different Design,
Copy Change or Extra Color requires a Film Positive, a separate Screen to be burned
then registered on the press and inked. Then we can print.
Once the printing is over there is clean up and reclaiming of each screen.
In order to mix 4 designs (25 signs each) to come up to a 100 sign minimum it takes 4 more
times the labor, time, and materials as it would to print 100 of the same design.
This is why the less signs per Design you order the more the price per sign.
We can not mix and match signs to make a 100 sign minimum but we can sell smaller quantities
which of course raises the cost per sign because of the set up registration and clean up. (Back) |
Phone Numbers & Web Addresses |
All House Designs will accommodate both phone number and web address.
If you only want only one or the other we will adjust the layout to fit the sign
There will be no blank spaces unless specially requested. In order to get your contact
information as big and bold as possible we do not print the "1" in front of your phone number
or your put your area codes in parentheses
1. It is common knowledge to dial "1" before a long distance or an 800 number.
2. If your prospect forgets - a recording will tell them to do so.
3. The sign is easier to read and can can seen at a greater distance.
4. The brain assimilates the information easier and quicker.
We advise leaving off the "www." and capitalizing the first letter in each
word in your web address. This allows us to get your address bigger and bolder.
1. "www." is like the "1" in front of your number.
2. Browsers are no longer case sensitive.
3. It allows the eye to decipher and the brain to retain the info easier. |

Because we are an internet based company we do not have a full time office staff
who are paid to take phone orders. We do understand there are sometimes excellent reasons
why our Customers can not order on line and will gladly take an order by phone
if we must but please be advised that the prices advertised on our web site are
based on you filling out the online order form and payment being automatically
processed via our secure online merchant account.
